The Xario and Applio Ultrasound machines from Toshiba currently run on Windows 2000. You can get into the operating system via the maintenance menu. The button says something like "Open Windows Explorer". You can then browse to the control panel and install a printer.
This will allow you to send Ultrasound prints directly to a standard colour laser printer without having to use an expensive DICOM print converting application.
