DICOM Validation Toolkit (DVTk.org)-Download DVTk
I found this site with some nice DICOM software on it. I haven't had too much of a chance to play with all the tools properly yet, but the DICOM Network Analyzer tool seems to be very useful. I am currently using it to try an isolate all the modalities that are communicating with a conquest server on our network.
