I found this nice open source replacement for MS Project called GanntProject, it should be a useful tool for project planning when it comes to the PACS implementation.
I am currently using this software to do a Gantt Chart and a resource planning exercise for our PACS implementation.
The software allows for exporting to HTML, PDF, CSV etc. I think this could be a brilliant tool for any project planning activities.
